INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
- Salmon 4 pieces
 - 2 potatoes peel then cut in half
 - 2 cups rice
 - 2 onions chopped
 - Salt 1 tablespoon or as per your taste
 - 1 teaspoon garlic
 - Half green pepper chopped
 - About 15 pieces of black pepper
 - 3 sticks of cinnamon
 - 1 teaspoon whole cumin
 - 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
 - 2 cardamom
 - 2 pieces cloves
 - 1 tablespoon coconut powder
 - 5 tablespoon oil
 - 1/2 cup of tamarind water (soak tamarind in water remove the seeds)
 
RECIPE:
- In a non stick frying pan put 1 tablespoon oil and your salmon skin down
 - Let it cook on medium heat for 2 min then turn the fish to cook on the otherside for another 2 min
 - Remove and keep aside
 - In a large pan add the remaining oil onions green pepper and garlic fry until soft add cumin,cinnamon,blackpepper,cumin powder,cloves, and potatoes mix till the onions are golden brown
 - Add rice and mix
 - Add 2 cups of boiled water and the coconut powder and let it boil on medium heat.(if u have coconut milk reduce the amount of water to 1 1/2 cup water and half cup coconut milk)
 - When the water is almost dried add your cooked salmon and tamarind water and gently mix
 - Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 10 min
